Home staging is a quick way to turn a vacant home into a welcoming and cozy haven that your prospective buyers can envision themselves in. We can stage the full house or just the rooms you prefer. This includes furniture, art, accessories, curtains, and our magic touch.
How It Works

A member from our team will walk through the property and create a proposal based on what we think would work best in the space. We like to make each home feel full and intentional while keeping in mind your specific requests and ideas. Once we review the details together and select the furnishings, we load everything into one of our trucks and head to the property on install day. The staging is completed in one business day and we do our best to work with your schedule. Its really that simple!

We’re not always working in vacant properties. Many people have a hard time depersonalizing their home, but with our help we can get your property ready to be listed. We work with a combination of our furniture and the home owners’ pieces to create a comprehensive space. We add in our own bits of color and style to really make your property grab the attention of potential buyers.

How It Works
​
A member from our team will walk through the property and create a proposal based on what we think would work best in the space. At times we will ask you to prepare the space for us with things that can be done prior to our arrival, i.e. removing some items, decluttering, etc. Together we will review the details and prepare anything needed for your property. Once we have a date scheduled our team will work our magic, and usually all we need is one business day to do it.

One unit or multi-unit rentals are welcome. We know how daunting it can feel to prepare a space for guests if it's not something you enjoy doing. It's really important that the space is welcoming, functional, and comfortable. This is where we come in to help!
